Redsfest is the official annual winter warm-up of the Cincinnati Reds. Traditionally held in early December at the Duke Energy Convention Center, this event features games and activities for kids of all ages, including interaction with past, current and future stars of the Cincinnati Reds.
Reds Community Fund - Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball-themed outreach efforts.
Children ages 3 and younger do not need a Redsfest ticket as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult.

No luggage or rolling duffle bags larger than (16" x 16 x 8") will be permitted in the Duke Energy Convention Center in accordance with Major League Baseball bag size recommendations & facility policies. We apologize for any inconveniences with the policy; however, the bag/purse size limitations are required to ensure the safety & wellbeing of our fans & attendees of Redsfest.
The Duke Energy Convention Center and the Cincinnati Reds are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience at Redsfest.
Guests entering Redsfest may be subject to random inspection by electronic wanding or physical means. Carry-in items for all Guests are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance into the Duke Energy Convention Center or at any time while inside DECC. Carry-in items larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into DECC.
There is a coat check for $2 per item, located on the main floor.
Duke Energy Convention Center welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
Duke Energy Convention Center welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit Guest movement or block aisles. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search by event staff.
Wheelchairs are not available.
The first 12,000 fans in attendance each day will receive a free Redsfest drawstring backpack and a Reds scarf.
A map of Redsfest will be available on the website www.reds.com/redsfest a few weeks before the event.
All players are asked to attend Redsfest, though some have certain circumstances that prevent them from attending. There will be a list of players in attendance at www.reds.com/redsfest.
There are different types of autograph sessions - general public, season ticket holders only, kids only (17 years old or younger) & an online sweepstakes opportunity. Each player does at least 1 session per day of Redsfest that they attend. There are 225 autographs per session. The sweepstakes opportunity sessions are awarded in advance of Redsfest through an online sweepstakes.
Autograph/photograph schedule will be announced 30 minutes prior to the start of each session. The schedule will be displayed on the TVs throughout Redsfest and also on the Reds official twitter account @Reds.
For each autograph session, the player will sign for 225 people. This will be a hard cutoff number and no more fans will be allowed an autograph after 225 people are in line.
The photograph sessions will be open for 50 minutes. As many fans that can get through the line at that time are allowed a photograph. Photograph booths #2 and #3 are both free and require you to bring your own camera. Photograph booth #4 is also free, but is reserved for Season Ticket Holders only. Photograph booth #1 requires a $10 donation to the Reds Community Fund. At this booth we will take the photo for you and provide you with a print. Other photograph booths require you to have your own camera and no print out is provided.
Each person is able to get 1 item signed per autograph line/session.
This line is for kids 17 and younger. One item per kid can get signed. Parents are able to stand with the kids, but not able to seek autographs themselves.
You cannot reserve a spot in line for an autograph. Once you leave the line for any reason, you are not able to come back to your same spot.
Fans requiring the use of a wheelchair will be permitted to go to the front of the autograph line, as long as they are included in the first 225 number of fans in line according to the autograph policy. Once the autograph line is full, nobody else will be permitted an autograph. Autograph policies for all fans also apply to those in wheelchairs.
Reentry to the convention center is only permitted if you have both your ticket AND hand stamped prior to exit at one of the designated areas. Stamps are available at the information booth located on the main floor, near the Bag Redemption area at the corner of 5th and Elm Streets, and at the Bag Redemption area near the 6th Street parking garage walkway. This will allow you to regain access without having to purchase an additional ticket to the event. There are separate stamps for Friday and Saturday.

All physical activities inside Redsfest require a waiver. Waivers can be located at the information booth in the center of Redsfest on the main floor. One waiver can be filled out for all activities. Click here to download the waiver.
Season Ticket Holders receive a lanyard along with those fans who have bought Redsfest 2-Day passes. Lanyards can be picked up at Lanyard Redemption Tables inside the Redsfest Main Entrances.
The Duke Energy Convention Center has concession stands open. There are also select food vendors special to Redsfest.
You may sign up to be a member of the 2014 Reds Heads kids club and/or the Reds Rookies baby club at the booth located on the Main Floor of Redsfest as well as in the Fun Zone on the Third Floor of Redsfest. Reds Heads memberships are $25 and Reds Rookie membership kits are $14.
All tickets can be purchased at the Reds Ticket booths located near the information booth.
A number of ticket purchasing opportunities will be available at Redsfest for the 2014 season. Single game tickets will be available for the month of April (excluding Opening Day) and through new ticket packages for Military Appreciation Days, Mothers Day, Peanut Sensitive Days, and Bark in the Park. Mini plans (starting at just six games) and season ticket plans will also be available. Please visit the ticketing booth on the first floor for additional information and to purchase your 2014 Reds tickets.

Reds merchandise and game used merchandise will be available for purchase at Redsfest.
Various booths have contests for all giveaway items.
ATMs are located inside Redsfest on the main floor.
The majority of activities at Redsfest are free. Certain activities do require a donation to participate.
Guests should report a missing person at the Information booth located in the center of the main floor at Redsfest. Guest Relations staff will work closely with the CPD and Event Staff to locate the missing individual(s).
Guests may inquire about lost and found articles at the information booth location in the center of the main floor at Redsfest. To inquire about an item left after Redsfest is over please call 513- 765-7096. All articles are held for thirty (30) days. After that period, they are donated to a charitable group.
In accordance with Chapter 3794 of the Ohio Revised Code, smoking and/or the distribution or sale of tobacco related products is strictly prohibited in the Facility.
There are several unique activities on the second floor of the convention center that are open to the public, including photo opportunities with the Reds mascots. However, there are also areas of the second floor that are only open to Season Ticket Holders, special guests and winners of the online VIP sweepstakes held prior to the event. Event staff throughout the floor will help with any questions regarding access to these areas.
The third floor will again be the Reds Fun Zone for kids with a variety of kids interactive including a batting cage, high speed pitch, arcade games, Santa photo opportunity, stage performances, and the best place to sign up your young Reds fan for the 2014 Reds Heads kids club and/or Reds Rookie memberships.
