Mobile Ticket Delivery

Individual Game Tickets   |   Season Tickets and Group Tickets


The Chicago White Sox are excited to announce that mobile delivery is now an option for your tickets.


Individual Game Tickets
(Tickets purchased on whitesox.com via Ticketmaster.com)


Step 1: When purchasing your tickets, select the eTickets method of delivery.

Step 2: Your confirmation email will contain a link to view your tickets from your mobile browser, which can be scanned for entry into U.S. Cellular Field.


Season Tickets and Group Tickets


Step 1: Using your mobile device, first click on the Sox Mobile Account Manager link (we encourage you to bookmark the mobile site in your browser for easy access in the future).

Step 2: Log into Account Manager from your mobile device using your existing account number (or email) and password. Once you are logged in you can either View My Tickets or Transfer My Tickets to a Friend.

  • Select View Your Ticket(s) (game tickets, patio passes, and parking coupon) on your mobile device for scanning and entry into the ballpark at any gate/parking lot.
  • Select Transfer Your Ticket(s) (game tickets, patio passes, and parking coupon) on your mobile device to send to Friends, Family or Other Members of your party attending the game


Please note that mobile delivery is supported by the following software and browser versions:

Software: iOS 5.0 and Above / Android 4.1.2 and Above
Browser: iOS - Safari, Chrome and Firefox / Android - Chrome and FirefoxM

iOS users can Add to Passbook to store their tickets locally on their phone to avoid having to log into the mobile site at the gate. To check whether your mobile device is compatible, go to your settings tab on your mobile device.
