School Programs
The Houston Astros and the Houston Chronicle partner with surrounding schools to reward children with Astros game tickets for Perfect Attendance and Honor Roll during the second semester of the school year. The Perfect Attendance Program is open to children in pre-kindergarten through the 5th grade and the Honor Roll Program is open to students in grades 6th through the 12th.

Summer Reading Program
In the summer months, the Astros and the Houston Chronicle team up with Houston-area libraries and other surrounding areas to reward children through the Summer Reading Program. Astros game tickets are awarded to children in grades pre-kindergarten through the 12th who read 20 books during the months of June through August.

Libraries interested in these programs should call the Houston Astros Community Affairs Department at (713) 259-8960.
