Dear Season Ticket Holders,

Our goal is to provide you, our most loyal fans, with easy access to pertinent information valuable to you during the renewal process. Below you will find important dates, payment options and new and expanded season ticket holder benefits.

We ask if you would take a few moments to review your invoice and the packet of information. Your folder contains important information regarding your account including account information change forms, seat relocation requests, payment plan enrollment form, list of new and expanded season ticket holder amenities and much more!

Renewal Deadlines

Tuesday, November 1st - Super Saver Deadline - Save up to 23% on your ticket package!
Friday, December 16th - Early Bird Deadline
Tuesday, January 31st - Final Renewal Deadline

Ticket Benefits

All full season ticket holders who pay in full or sign-up for the six month payment plan by Friday, December 16, 2011 may select one of the following three experiences:

Inside the Game "Chalk Talk" - Astros players and coaches explain the techniques and strategy of playing the big leagues.
Batting Practice at Home Plate - Swing for the fences in this once in a lifetime opportunity to step up to the plate at Minute Maid Park, 5 swings each!
Clubhouse Tour of Minute Maid Park - Step foot into the most exclusive space in Minute Maid Park. You will visit the Astros Locker Room along with stops in the Training Room, Weight Room and Batting Cage facility.

This past season, we expanded our list of benefits to include:

Season Ticket Holder Gate: As a season ticket holder, you may gain expedited access to the ballpark through a special entrance at the Right Field Gate.
Season Ticket Partner Zone: A FREE service that allows you to get in touch with other fans who are interested in sharing a season ticket plan.
Free Group Tickets: Enjoy a FREE group outing with your co-workers, friends, or organization! All season ticket holders can book a group of up to 20 View Deck I or II tickets to any Monday-Thursday game in April or May. (excludes Opening Day)

In 2012, our goal is to add even more with the addition and enhancement of:

Power Tickets: Ability to add value to your season tickets by preloading Astros good and merchandise credits. Great for personal and corporate entertaining. Learn More »
Exchange Unused Tickets for pre-selected game dates throughout the season on the same concourse level* of your current seats. *Seats exchanged on the Main Concourse will receive Field Box seats. Club Level will receive Club II seats based on availability.
