Disabled Parking
Parking for vehicles with disabled tags is available on streets near Minute Maid Park. The City of Houston has designated spaces on Texas near Hamilton and on Hamilton as well. Parking is allowed two hours prior to game time through one hour after the game.

There are numerous lots operated by other parties throughout the downtown area.

Drop-off is available on surrounding streets for those fans that have difficulty walking to gain easy access to the stadium. One of the best locations for drop-off is on Crawford near Texas. Union Station Lobby facing Crawford offers guests air conditioning and benches while waiting for the other member of their party to return from parking their vehicle.

Perimeter streets are closed approx. 20 minutes immediately following the game for pedestrian traffic; however, pick-up is possible on Jackson at Texas (one block off Crawford.) Or, fans can simply wait until the streets re-open before picking up other members of their party. Please note vehicles must be attended at all times.

Also, the Astros provide a courtesy wheelchair service inside Minute Maid Park. When entering the park, guests contact a Guest Service Ambassador to request the courtesy service for a member(s) of their party. An attendant will be dispatched to assist them to their seats. At the end of the game, fans can request the same service to their exit.
Gate Opening Times
The gates of Minute Maid Park will open two hours prior to game time on Saturday and 1.5 hours prior to game time on Sunday - Friday, allowing fans ample time to enjoy the ballpark, locate seats, watch batting practice if in progress and satisfy cravings at the many concession stands.

Lost/Stolen Game Tickets
Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash.

Stolen Tickets: A police report with a valid case number must be provided with the claim of stolen tickets, in which case the Astros will duplicate the tickets at no cost. The police report must be presented four hours prior to the start of the game at the Texas Avenue Box Office or via fax at 713-259-8326 for stolen tickets to be reprinted free of charge. For additional questions or concerns, please call 713-259-8500 to speak with a ticket representative.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets: All requests for individual game ticket reprints are at the sole discretion of the Houston Astros except for tickets purchased on-line or over the telephone by TicketMaster. Individual game tickets purchased on-line or over the telephone from Ticketmaster, please call 1-877-9ASTROS to report that you either did not receive, have lost or misplaced your tickets. Your reprinted tickets can be picked up at the Minute Maid Park Box Office.
