The Astros understand that as a season ticket holder, it is challenging to personally use the tickets to all 83 games. Listed below are our policies on both future game and past game exchange, please read through them carefully. However, the Astros will not exchange season tickets for future games.

FUTURE/CURRENT GAME EXCHANGES
Making full use of Astros season tickets is now easier than ever. Your season tickets never have to go unused again. My Astros Account Manager » allows you to manage your season ticket account online. You can easily email your season tickets to friends and associates through online ticket forwarding and can be made available for re-sale.
  • You can easily email your Season Tickets to friends and associates through online ticket forwarding, and
  • You can re-sell tickets that you do not intend to use.

2009 PAST GAME EXCHANGES, Begins Monday, April 20th!
Past Game Exchange is ONLY for Full Season and 27-Game Mini Plans

Past game season tickets can be exchanged for Mezzanine, View Deck I or II seats on a ticket-for-ticket basis for any of three (3) pre-selected games. For each ticket you exchange, you are entitled to one (1) Mezzanine, View Deck I or View Deck II ticket for the pre-selected game of your choice. In addition, there is a $1 per ticket exchange fee for each transaction. Past Game Exchange is for the following pre-selected games:

  • Tuesday, June 23rd vs. the Kansas City Royals
  • Wednesday, August 19th vs. the Florida Marlins
  • Monday, September 21st vs. the St. Louis Cardinals

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
Please handle your tickets as you would handle cash! The Houston Astros may, at their sole discretion, reprint and replace lost or stolen tickets subject to the requirements listed below. The Astros apply the same policies for lost or stolen parking or club passes as well. There will be a $5 reprinting fee per ticket, with the following as the only exceptions:

If Season Tickets are STOLEN:
A police report must be provided with the claim of stolen tickets, in which case the Astros will duplicate the tickets at no cost. The police report must be presented at the Texas Avenue Box Office or via fax at 713-259-8326 for stolen tickets to be reprinted free of charge. For additional questions or concerns, please call 713-259-8500 to speak with a ticket representative.

If season tickets are LOST OR MISPLACED:
You may go online at astros.com to My Astros Account Manager two hours prior to the start of the game to forward the tickets to yourself or your guests to avoid the reprinting fee. This will invalidate the bar code on the original tickets. And you or your guests will only be able to use the new tickets for entry into the ballpark. There is a $2 plus tax convenience fee per ticket forwarded.

INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS
All requests for individual game ticket reprints are at the sole discretion of the Houston Astros except for tickets purchased on-line or over the telephone by TicketMaster.

Individual game tickets purchased on-line or over the telephone from Ticketmaster, please call 1-877-9ASTROS to report that you either did not receive, have lost or misplaced your tickets. Your reprinted tickets can be picked up at the Minute Maid Park Box Office.
