Tickets for the three-game series versus the New York Yankees on June 13, 14, and 15, 2008 and the three-game series versus the Boston Red Sox on June 27, 28 and 29, 2008 will be available through this ticket opportunity registration.

As part of the Astros' continuing effort to make tickets for these series available to as many fans as possible, we have worked to develop a more efficient and fair ticket ordering process. Since there are a limited number of tickets available through this opportunity, applicants must fill out and submit the registration form below to participate in this opportunity to purchase tickets.


Registration for the three-game series versus the New York Yankees on June 13, 14, and 15, 2008 ("Yankees Series") and the three-game series versus the Boston Red Sox on June 27, 28 and 29, 2008 ("Red Sox Series") ticket opportunities began at 10 a.m. Central Time (CT) Wednesday, January 9, 2008. Registration will close at noon CT on Monday, February 11, 2008. The Astros will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants. The registrants selected will have the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets subject to availability to each series of both the Yankees Series and the Red Sox Series, which will be played at Minute Maid Park, Houston, TX. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Registrants selected may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located below during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Astros during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets, based on availability, to the Yankees Series and (4) tickets, based on availability, to the Red Sox Series will be held on or about Monday, February 11, 2008. Each applicant selected will be notified by Tuesday, February 12, 2008 via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase Yankees Series and Red Sox Series tickets based on availability at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the registrant selected does not respond to such notification by purchasing tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result.

Please be sure to provide us with an accurate e-mail address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. or the Astros are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

Registrants (including registrants selected of previous drawings) will be eligible for each drawing. You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Houston Astros, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Astros ticket holders generally; as such the Astros from time to time in their sole discretion may amend policies.

WARNING: Tickets for Yankees Series and Red Sox Series at Minute Maid Park are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law.
