916Ragira, BrianJames Martin Senior HS (TX)CFR/R6'02"1851992-01-22HS
Comments: Most agree that Ragira can hit, but just what kind of hitter teams think he'll become might be what determines his Draft status. While he plays center field now, he'll need to move to a corner spot at the next level. He has the raw arm strength for right -- he's up to 90 mph off the mound -- but his mechanics have kept him from throwing as well as expected from the outfield. If he's going to play a corner spot, he'll need to hit for power, and there's some question about just how much pop he will develop in the future. If a team believes in his power, it might take him and make a run at trying to sign him away from his commitment to Stanford.

Comments: Cole earned First Team All-State honors from the Arizona Daily Star and Tucson Citizen in 2009 after claiming Second Team honors in 2008. He is also a standout hockey player and was drafted by the WHL's Portland Winterhawks in the 2006 supplemental player draft. Cole committed to play at the University of North Carolina.
