Astros detail refunds for Cubs series
Tickets for Sept. 14 good for Sept. 29 game if played
Refund policies were announced Monday for the Friday and Saturday Astros-Cubs games that were not played this past weekend at Minute Maid Park.
Season-ticket holders and Mini-Plan Holders will be refunded automatically and the funds will be placed in their accounts. Individual-game-ticket purchases that were completed via Internet and phone will also be automatically refunded.
Tickets purchased at the Minute Maid Park box office should be returned there for a refund, while tickets purchased at an outlet location should be returned to that specific location.
Refunds will only be given to the original ticket purchaser. Game tickets for the Sept. 14 game will be honored on Sept. 29, if the game is played. If the game is not played, the same refund policy will apply.
The Astros also announced that the deadline for payment of postseason ticket invoices has been extended to Friday.
