    The Pittsburgh Pirates announced today a game time change for the Sunday, June 26 game vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers at PNC Park. First pitch time is now moved from the originally scheduled 1:35 p.m. EST to the new 8:08 p.m. EST as the contest was selected by ESPN for its exclusive National Sunday Night Baseball telecast.

  • Pirates extend contract of Francisco Cervelli

    The Pittsburgh Pirates and catcher Francisco Cervelli have agreed to terms on three-year contract extension through the 2019 season. The announcement was made by Executive Vice President, General Manager Neal Huntington.

  • Pirates Homestand Highlights: Monday, May 16 -- Thursday, May 26, 2016

    The Bucs return home from a nine-game National League Central road trip that took the team to St. Louis, Cincinnati and the north side of Chicago. The Pirates return to PNC Park for the longest homestand of the season to date, a 10-game stay where the team will host the Atlanta Braves, Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks.
