Astros recall Lyles, Keuchel from AAA
Peacock, Cruz Optioned To AAA; Also Promote Foltynewicz, Wojciechowski

The Astros have recalled right-handed pitcher Jordan Lyles and left-handed pitcher Dallas Keuchel from Triple A Oklahoma City, General Manager Jeff Luhnow announced.
Luhnow also announced that right-handed pitchers Brad Peacock and Rhiner Cruz have been optioned to AAA.
The 22-year-old Lyles will start tonight's game vs. the Detroit Tigers at Minute Maid Park. He picked up the win in his last start for the RedHawks on April 27, allowing one run on three hits in 5.0 innings of work. Overall, Lyles was 2-2 with a 5.32 ERA in six appearances (five starts) for OKC this season. Lyles made 45 appearances (40 starts) for the Astros in 2011-12 combined. In his last start of the 2012 season, he homered and hurled a four-hit shutout vs. the Brewers on September 30 at Miller Park.
Keuchel was 1-0 in one start at OKC with a 0.00 ERA, picking up the win after hurling 6.0 scoreless innings on April 26 vs. New Orleans. He had been with the Astros big club from April 6-20, posting a 3.38 ERA (4ER/10.2IP) in four relief appearances.
FOLTYNEWICZ, WOJCIECHOWSKI PROMOTED
Minor league right-handed pitchers Mike Foltynewicz and Asher Wojciechowski have each been promoted.
Foltynewicz, 21, has been promoted from Class A Lancaster to Double A Corpus Christi. He was 1-0 in seven appearances (five starts) for Lancaster in the hitter-friendly California League with a 3.81 ERA. He has posted a 1.71 ERA in his last five appearances since April 23. Foltynewicz was the Astros Minor League Pitcher of the Year in 2012.
Wojciechowski, who today was named Corpus Christi's Pitcher of the Month for April, has been promoted to Oklahoma City (AAA) and will start for the RedHawks tonight vs. Nashville. He was 2-1 in six games (three starts) for the Hooks with a 2.08 ERA and a save, allowing just 17 hits and seven walks in his 26.0 innings for a 0.92 WHIP, which ranked sixth in the Texas League. Wojciechowski was acquired by Houston from Toronto as part of the 10-player trade on July 20, 2012.
