10/2/2015 | Rookie Mahtook keeps tormenting veteran Buehrle
Something happens to Mikie Mahtook when he sees Buehrle on the mound. At least that's the way it's been for the Rays' rookie outfielder this season. On Friday night he hit a three-run homer off Buehrle that put the Rays up by three runs in their eventual 8-4 loss to the Blue Jays at Tropicana Field.

With the season ending Sunday, Rays manager Kevin Cash announced Friday afternoon that catcher Curt Casali will not play again in 2015. Casali went on the 15-day disabled list on Aug. 26 with a strained left hamstring.
