The Oakland A's recalled left-handed pitchers Daniel Coulombe and Dillon Overton from Triple-A Nashville, the club announced Tuesday. The A's also placed right-handed pitcher Andrew Triggs on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to July 18 with a left shin contusion and optioned infielder Tyler Ladendorf to Nashville.
The Oakland A's selected infielder Ryon Healy from Triple-A Nashville and optioned outfielder Billy Burns to Nashville, the club announced today. To clear a spot on the 40-man roster, the A's designated right-handed pitcher Nick Tepesch for assignment.
The Oakland A's agreed to terms with their second round selection in the 2016 First-Year Player Draft, right-handed pitcher Logan Shore from the University of Florida. Josh Phegley had successful surgery on his right knee today in San Francisco at Presidio Surgery Center. The surgery was performed by Dr. Jon Dickinson, who removed a cruciate ligament cyst from his knee. Phegley will have a follow up in 10 days to assess his progress.

The Oakland A's placed catcher Josh Phegley on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to yesterday with a strained right knee, the club announced today. To take his spot on the roster, the A's recalled catcher Matt McBride from Triple-A Nashville.
