Knights of Columbus Fundraiser Benefitting St. Mary's Hospital for Children
The Knights of Columbus have partnered up once again with the New York Mets in conjunction with St. Mary's Hospital for Children to help raise funds for children with special needs.
The Knights of Columbus was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works. The Knights of Columbus has grown from several members in one council to more than 14,000 councils and 1.8 million members throughout the United States.
St. Mary's Hospital for Children which is committed to improving the health and quality of life for children and families with special needs. St. Mary's is one of only a handful of organizations around the country that is dedicated to providing intensive rehabilitation, specialized care, and education to children with special needs and life-limiting conditions. St. Mary's is a not-for-profit healthcare organization.
