Work out your body with phun Phillies games

You can get a workout in a variety of ways including playing a fun game! Try playing one or more of the games below which is sure to give you a great workout while you enjoy time with your friends!

Phillies Phitness tips and exercises were developed in conjunction with our physical therapy partner, NovaCare Rehabilitation. Please check with your physician before beginning any physical activity program.

  Phillies Phreeze Tag
  • Get a group of your friends together and select someone to be the "Phanatic."
  • The Phanatic must attempt to tag everyone else in the game.
  • Once you are tagged you are frozen.
  • The only way to free yourself is to name a current or former Phillies player.
  Capture the Baseball
The object of the game is to find the ball and bring it back to your home plate.
  • Split your group of friends into two even teams.
  • Set the boundaries for your game. This means that some areas will be out of bounds. You should also designate a home plate and a dugout for each team.
  • One team will be the Phillies and the other can be any other MLB team.
  • Designate one baseball to be the Phillies Team Ball and the other baseball is the opposing baseball is the other MLB Team Ball.
  • Each team will hide the opposing team ball.
  • At any time, players from each team may be tagged and sent to the "dugout." The only way a player may be let out of the "dugout" is if he/she is tagged by a teammate.
  • The winner is the first team to get their ball to home plate.
