This Fan Guide is designed to assist our fans by presenting information about St. Louis Cardinals/Busch Stadium offerings and accommodations. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use. Enjoy the season!
Accessible seating is readily available on all levels and in all price categories of Busch Stadium. To purchase tickets for accessible seating, go to cardinals.com, call (314) 345-9000 and a Ticket Sales Representative will be available to help you. Tickets may also be exchanged prior to a game date or on the day of a game at the Busch Stadium Ticket Windows located on 8th Street near Gate 3. Alcoholic Beverage Service
The Cardinals and SportService encourage all guests who consume alcohol to do so in a safe and responsible manner. Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being carried into Busch Stadium.
Announcements and Paging
Messages explaining policies and procedures will be made periodically throughout the stadium. Paging over the stadium public address system is for medical emergencies and is available by contacting Guest Relations.
Cardinals players may sign autographs before each game when time permits; however, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available every game. Autograph sessions for fans may be scheduled throughout the year. The Cardinals cannot fulfill requests for autographs on balls hit into the stands.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
Bank of America Automatic Teller Machines are located throughout Busch Stadium.
Level 1 (Main Concourse)
Guests may use their MasterCard, VISA or bank cards to obtain cash.
The AAA Automobile Club of Missouri is available during and after each baseball game to assist guests with car trouble. They are located on the west side of the Stadium, across from the West Garage. (314) 523-7350 or (800) 222-7623.
Baby Changing Table Stations
Baby changing tables are available in most Busch Stadium restrooms.
Guests may bring in bags/backpacks that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". All persons entering the stadium and their possessions are subject to inspection and security screening.
Ballpark Village is a first-of-its-kind sports anchored entertainment district. Located just across Clark Street from Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village provides many options for dining, drinks and entertainment, including a 40 foot TV in the Fox Sports Live! area and live music.

Banners may be displayed as long as they do not hinder or interfere with a ball in play or distract or interfere with the view of another guest. Banners may not be displayed in fair territory, be obscene or in poor taste, attract abuse or cause a disturbance among other guests. They should be baseball-oriented and not commercial in nature, unless the Cardinals and Stadium management have granted permission. Also, banners may not be paraded around the Stadium or hung over the field boxes on the field level.

Both still and video cameras for personal use are allowed in Busch Stadium provided that they do not interfere with the game or obstruct another guest's view. Tripods and monopods are prohibited to non-credentialed guests. Per MLB restrictions, recording of any field activity is strictly prohibited. The team name, logos and player likenesses are copyrighted material, none of which may be published without prior written consent of the Cardinals, MLB and other applicable third party rights holders. Persons deemed to be violating these rules may be escorted from the ballpark. The Cardinals reserve the right to ask guests to put cameras and video equipment away.
Cardinals Authentics Exclusive Memorabilia Shop
Cardinals Authentics specializes in official, game-used, limited-editions and autographed collectibles and memorabilia direct from the club. The shop is located inside Busch Stadium in the Ford Plaza just north of Gate 6 and climate controlled for a comfortable shopping experience. It is only open to ticketed guests from the concourse during home games from the time the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends. Otherwise guests can visit our second location on the first floor of Cardinals Nation in Ballpark Village. This shop is open 7 days a week, 10:00am - 6:00pm during the off season and 10:00am - 8:00pm throughout the season. It is open during all games and open 1 hour after the game ends. Customers may also visit cardinalsauthentics.com to shop Cardinals Authentics online anytime, all year long. Information is available or orders can be taken year-round by calling 314-345-9851 during normal business hours.
Cardinals Dollars may be used at all Busch Stadium concession stands, with vendors, at the Official Cardinals Team Store, Family Pavilion, Cardinals Authentics and also for Cardinals tickets. Cardinals Dollars are sold in $5 increments and are available online at cardinals.com, at the Busch Stadium ticket windows and by phone at (314)345-9000.

The "Cards Cash" program allows guests to add a dollar value to game tickets and is redeemable at any concession or retail location in the Ballpark. This value is stored in the barcode of the tickets and is valid only at the game for which it was purchased.
Cards Cash can be added to individual game tickets or to group ticket packages. It may also be included in some season tickets as well as "ticket packs". In addition, there will be special promotions wherein specific ticket locations or even entire sections may be rewarded with Cards Cash on their tickets.
Guests who have questions about the program should be directed to the Inside Advanced Ticket Windows.
Guests are welcome to use cell phones in Busch Stadium provided their use does not disturb other guests.
Chewing tobacco is not permitted in Busch Stadium.
Community Relations/Cardinals Care
The St. Louis Cardinals and the team's community foundation, Cardinals Care, are dedicated to caring for kids. This mission statement is achieved through a variety of programs backed by our players, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and fans, allowing for grants to support non-profit groups in the St. Louis community. Cardinals Care has distributed more than $16 million to area youth organizations since its inception in 1997 and strives to improve the lives of more children every year. In-stadium silent auctions benefitting Cardinals Care are held on every Tuesday and Friday night home game. Auctions close at the first pitch, bottom of the 7th inning. You must be present to claim your item. Locations include the Main Concourse at Gate 3 and Section 134/135, Redbird Club, Cardinals Club and the Terrace Level.
Costumes of any kind that cover the head/face, including face paint, are strictly prohibited from entering the ballpark. All other costumes are subject to inspection upon entry or at any time over the course of a game/event at the discretion of stadium personnel.
Designated Driver Program
The Cardinals, Anheuser-Busch, SportService, and T.E.A.M. Coalition have teamed up to implement the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program. Guests may sign up at kiosks next to Guest Relations on Level 1 or Level 4 to be a designated driver for the game and receive a free key chain (for the first 40 guests only) and a free soda or O'Doul's. Designated Drivers may also be eligible for prizes and recognition on the message board. You must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license to participate. The cutoff time to sign up is the middle of the 1st inning.

The Cardinals are happy to help non-profit groups and their fundraising efforts through donations whenever possible. Due to the high volume of requests received each week, we ask that you follow our guidelines and provide us with, at minimum, 8 weeks advanced notice.
Guidelines and Procedures:
1. Organizations must complete a Cardinals Donation Request Form ONLINE at cardinals.com/donations to be considered for a donation.
2. Mailed/Phoned/E-mailed/Faxed requests will NOT be accepted.
3. Requests must be received eight (8) weeks prior to your event. We cannot fulfill requests without proper advanced notification.
4. Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period. Please do not send duplicate requests.
5. Due to overwhelming demands, we have to limit our donations to organizations within the following states; MO, OK, KS, IA, IL, KY, TN, AR, IN, MS.
PLEASE NOTE: A submitted request does not guarantee a donation. No phone calls please.
Other Pertinent Information:
1. Approved requests will receive one (1) voucher for two (2) tickets to a Cardinals game.
2. All denied requests will receive notification via e-mail.
3. We are unable to place or answer follow-up calls regarding donation requests.
4. Donations may only be made to non-profit, charitable 501 (c) (3) organizations.
5. We are unable to donate to for-profit companies -- including employee appreciation days/holiday events.
6. We are unable to make monetary donations, purchase program ads, or buy sponsor tables at events. If you are interested in monetary support please contact Cardinals Care about a grant application.
Electronic cigarette use is prohibited inside Busch Stadium. Guests will need to exit Busch Stadium to use electronic cigarettes. See "Exit/Re-Entry".
For the convenience of our guests, elevators and escalators are located throughout Busch Stadium. Please refer to our directional signage for specific locations. Fans with disabilities are given priority for elevator use.
Transportation may be provided to guests who require assistance. Transport carts or wheelchairs will pick up guests at stadium entrances and escort them to and from their seats. Assistance will be given as carts become available. No transport carts are allowed outside of Busch Stadium.
Once guests have had their tickets scanned and have entered Busch Stadium, they must proceed to a re-entry gate if they want to exit and re-enter. Gate 4 is the designated re-entry gate. This gate is used for re-entry at all times. Guests may freely pass through Gate 4 into the controlled, fenced area on Clark Street and back into Busch Stadium as they wish. Guests may exit and re-enter at Gates 1 and 2 until the scheduled first pitch time.
Guests must have their hand stamped as they exit at a re-entry gate or if they exit the controlled area on Clark Street. Both a hand stamp and a ticket for the game are required for re-entry at a re-entry gate.
The Family Pavilion is located on Level 1 between Gates 5 and 6, on the northeast corner of Busch Stadium. The Family Pavilion presents a variety of interactive games and activities for the whole family.
The Family Pavilion is open 1 1/2 hours prior to each game and continues until the end of the game. All guests with a day-of-game ticket are admitted to this area free of charge; however, there is a fee to participate in some of the games and activities.
The following are some of the activities that are featured in the Family Pavilion:
Family restrooms provide private areas for guests with children and offer baby changing tables and a room for nursing mothers. These restrooms are also available for use by disabled guests.
Fan Appreciation Package
The Cardinals partner with a door-to-door marketing sales team to sell a coupon-style booklet of special offers called the Fan Appreciation Package. To purchase a Cardinals Fan Appreciation Package, please call 866-521-4714. The Cardinals do not sell the Fan Appreciation Package directly and it is not available for purchase at Busch Stadium. Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in Busch Stadium.
First Game Certificate
•Guests may print first game certificates at home by visiting cardinals.com/firstgame
The First Aid Stations in Busch Stadium are located on Level 1 behind Section 147 and on Level 4 in Section 351. The First Aid stations are a service to guests and employees who are in need of medical assistance. No medications or treatments can be dispensed outside of the First Aid stations. Also, minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment. Vending machines dispensing trial size items for minor first aid needs are located outside of both First Aid locations.
First Pitch Tickets (KMOX 1120)
At 9:00am on the day of each regular season home game, fans may purchase a voucher good for two tickets for just $11.20. Vouchers may be purchased at the 8th Street Ticket Windows located just north of Gate 3 until 2 hours before scheduled game time. Fans redeem their vouchers at Gate 1 for actual tickets 15 minutes prior to game time. Tickets may be anywhere in the stadium, from Infield Field Box to Standing Room. There is a total of 275 vouchers (550 tickets) available for each regular season home game.
Guests may bring their own food & drinks into Busch Stadium for all games. Most food items are permitted, but guests should consider our bag/backpack policy when deciding what food to bring. Alcohol, bottles, cans, thermoses, hard-sided coolers, ice packs with hard shells, and glass or metal cups/mugs are not permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda in clear plastic containers no larger than 2 liters are allowed. Food & beverages from the outside will not be permitted in the Cardinals Club, Luxury Suites, Party Suites or any of our other All Inclusive Areas.
Foul Balls/Home Runs
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is subject to ejection. The Cardinals are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs on home run or foul balls. Guests should stay alert at all times for bats and balls leaving the playing field. If a fan catches a ball on the fly, they are awarded with a foul ball contract. Please fill out an incident report with the fan's name, address and date if this happens.

Cardinals Gift Cards are available for purchase at cardinals.com/giftcards as well as the Team Store and Cardinals Nation. Gift Cards can be purchased in amounts of $25, $50, $100 and $250 and can be redeemed at any concession stand, team store, ticket window, Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Museum or for tickets at cardinals.com/tickets. E-Gift Cards are also available for purchase online and can be ordered with value between $25 - $2,500. E-Gift cards are printed by the recipient on their own printer and feature a barcode that can be used at the same sales channels as the physical gift cards.
Ground Rules for Fans
The St. Louis Cardinals are committed to creating a safe, clean, fun, family-friendly ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a family environment.
The St. Louis Cardinals appreciate that all guests observe our Ground Rules for Fans while attending ball games at Busch Stadium. Working together with our fans to provide a positive experience is our goal. Please contact the nearest usher if for any reason another guest is interfering with your enjoyment of the game.
Guests who choose not to adhere to these Ground Rules may be in violation of stadium/city ordinances and are subject to intervention, which may lead to ejection and/or arrest.
Group Sales and Group Outings
One of the best ways to enjoy a game at Busch Stadium is with a group of friends, family, or co-workers. For specific party facility information other group outings, visit cardinals.com/groups or call (314) 345-9000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Guest Relations Centers are located on Level 1, Section 148 behind homeplate and Level 4 behind section 340 and are staffed by specially trained ushers. Guests may obtain information about Busch Stadium events, promotions, directions to areas both inside and outside of the Stadium; locations of various concession and souvenir stands; and answers to other questions as well. Guest Relations are also the location for lost children, people separated from their groups, and lost and found articles. Hearing impaired guests may use a TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) at this location.
In addition, guests may register any complaints at the Guest Relations Centers and receive immediate attention.
Hall of Fame
The St. Louis Cardinals and Edward Jones have teamed up to honor the greatest Cardinals players in the club's history. The Cardinals Hall of Fame presented by Edward Jones resides on the second level of Cardinals Nation just outside the Cardinals Museum and features the plaques of each inductee. This gallery is free to explore and is available to see when the Cardinals Nation Restaurant and Bar is open.
In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may carry in items including: backpacks, purses, diaper bags, fanny packs, and soft-sided coolers that do not exceed a maximum size of 16" x 16" x 8". Bags that exceed this size are not permitted in the stadium.
-Soda and water in clear plastic containers no larger than two liters are allowed in Busch Stadium. Alcohol, bottles, cans, thermoses, hard sided coolers/liners, and metal or glass cups and mugs are not allowed.
-Knives larger than four inches, unopened, are not allowed in Busch Stadium.
-Skateboards and hoverboards are prohibited in Busch Stadium.
-Drones are prohibited in Busch Stadium. The Federal Aviation Administration restricts flights over or near stadiums during sporting events.
-Ice packs with hard shells are prohibited.

St. Louis Cardinals Alumni Kids Clinics are a great way for kids (ages 7-13) to learn the fundamentals of baseball the Cardinals way. Each clinic is taught by former Cardinals players and coaches. These half-day clinics are held throughout St. Louis' surrounding areas and run from June - August. For more information, visit cardinals.com/clinics or call (314) 345-9500.
Kids' Crew Club
The Cardinals Official Fan Club for children up to 13 years old is our Cardinals Kids Club and for 14 to 19 years old it's our Varsity Club. Each year, members receive several different promotional items, ticket vouchers and invitations to members only events. Guests interested in joining may visit the Kids and Varsity Club locations in the Family Pavilion or Riverview Corner during any home game to purchase a membership and get their membership package. They can also order online at cardinals.com/kidsclub or .com/varsityclub.

Laser lights are not only distracting, they may also interfere with the game, as well as be harmful to the eyes if used improperly. Therefore, laser lights are not permitted in Busch Stadium. Any such devices will be confiscated and the person may face ejection from the game.
Lost and Found
Found articles may be turned in at either of our Guest Relations locations. Items will be entered into our Lost and Found system and held for 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. Guests needing assistance in retrieving Lost and Found items during non-game hours may call (314) 345-9882 or email email@example.com.
Please take all lost children/adults to Guest Relations. Guests should report any missing person at our Guest Relations Centers. Guest Relations staff will work closely with all game personnel to help locate the missing individual(s).

As security threats continue to evolve and grow, so does the need for security solutions. As a result, the Cardinals and Major League Baseball have implemented the use of walk through metal detectors at all entrances to Busch Stadium to ensure the safety of all guests. As part of the process, guests will have to remove cell phones, cameras and other large metal objects before passing through the detectors. Guests in wheelchairs and those with medical devices that may set off the detector are subject to alternative screening methods. Guests will still be required to have their bags inspected prior to entering the stadium.
Metrolink normally runs until midnight. If the Cardinals game goes past midnight, Metrolink will continue running until the downtown platform is cleared. For Metrolink and Bus schedules call (314) 231-2345.
The Cardinals are proud to offer one complimentary ticket to active, reserve and retired U.S. Military personnel who show a Valid ID at the Clark Street Box Office beginning 1 hour before game time until 30 mins after scheduled game time. Tickets will be distributed at the 8th Street Box Office from 30 mins after scheduled game time until the conclusion of the 5th inning. Tickets are based on availability. Blackout dates may apply.
Busch Stadium policy states that all artificial noisemakers are strictly prohibited from entering the ballpark. Items may be confiscated and disposed of by stadium personnel. Items include, but are not limited to the following:cowbells, airhorns, and Thunderstix.
A mother may nurse her child in any public location where she is otherwise authorized to be. If the mother requests private accommodations the mother and child should be escorted to a family restroom or First Aid.
Official Cardinals Team Store - (800) 421-3263
Located at the corner of 8th and Clark St. between Gate 3 and Gate 4, The Official Cardinals Team Store features the areas best selection of premium Cardinals merchandise.
The hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week, from March through December and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday, from January through February.
On game days, the Official Cardinals Team Store will remain open to the public. The concourse doors will be for re-entry only to ticketed guests. The Team Store will close approximately 1 hour after the game.
Official Cardinals Team Store Satellite Locations
The Official Cardinals Team Store Satellite Locations are open during all stadium events.
If you are entering the ballpark through Gate 2, 3, or 4, the best place to park is on or near 8th Street. If entering through Gates 1, 5 or 6, the best place is on or near Broadway.
The right to delay the start of a game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange line-up cards, the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Per the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unsafe playing conditions.
A limited number of premium giveaway items will be issued for certain games to fans who meet specific promotion requirements. Each fan must have a game day ticket and pass through a turnstile to receive the item. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee receipt of a giveaway item. The Cardinals' award-winning publications are available from vendors located at each gate, from the time gates open until approximately one-half hour after the first pitch. Thereafter, they can be purchased at the ballpark at various souvenir stands and the Team Store, by calling 314-345-9000 or online at cardinals.com/publications.
Radios and Personal Televisions
Guests are allowed to have radios and personal televisions, as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.
If a game is postponed due to weather or other reasons, it will be rescheduled for a future date as either a split doubleheader or on an open date. Tickets are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Guests should retain their original tickets for use with the official policy that the Cardinals will announce at the time the game is postponed. Redbird Nation Fan Club
Pledge your allegiance to Redbird Nation, the official online fan club of the St. Louis Cardinals. Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Busch Stadium. All restrooms are ADA accessible and are equipped with baby changing stations. The stadium is also equipped with Family Restrooms, which are restricted to families only.
Fans may enter birthday and military messages for free at cardinals.com/birthdays. Messages are due 48 hours before the game requested. Messages for Saturday and Sunday games must be posted by noon on Thursday. The Cardinals no longer offer a paying service for messages regarding anniversaries or special events - we only offer free birthday messages on the ribbon board.
Certified service animals and service animals in training for guest with disabilities are welcome at Busch Stadium. All service animals must be wearing their identifying collar, vest or harness at all times. Stadium management reserves the right to ask for documentation for the service animal.
Tobacco and electronic cigarette use is prohibited inside Busch Stadium.
Guests who want to exit Busch Stadium to smoke may pass freely onto Clark Street and back into the stadium via the designated exit at Gate 4, as long as they do not leave the controlled, fenced area on Clark Street. Guests who leave the controlled area on Clark Street will need to have their hand stamped as they exit the area, and will need to present the hand stamp and a ticket for the game to re-enter the controlled area and Busch Stadium.

Guests shall not solicit or distribute literature on stadium property without consent from the St. Louis Cardinals.
This includes, but is not limited to political literature, pamphlets, tickets (raffle or otherwise); memberships in outside organizations, clubs, societies, etc.; fund-raising activities for groups or organizations, gifts, parties, etc.; and sale of cosmetics, household goods, food or other products.
Spectators on the Playing Field
Spectators are not permitted on any part of the playing field. Spectators are also not permitted to throw anything onto the field. This is a St. Louis City Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.
SportService, Busch Stadium's concessionaire since 1966, is proud of its accomplishments and its leadership position among concessionaires. For over eighty-five years, SportService has been serving Major League stadiums with concessions. In addition, SportService operates fine dining and catering throughout Busch Stadium. SportService is also responsible for all retail operations both inside and outside of Busch Stadium.

Guests with strollers are welcome in Busch Stadium; however, the use of strollers should not interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles. Strollers should be stored under the guest's seat or may be checked at Guest Relations.

Taxi Cab Stands
There are two taxi cab stands located at Busch Stadium, one is on the far east side on Broadway just south of Spruce and the other is on the west side next to the Westin Hotel on Spruce between 8th and 9th Street.
The front office is unable to disclose any information regarding the St. Louis Cardinals hotels or travel.
T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management)
T.E.A.M. is the name of a group formed in 1985 to encourage public facility owners and managers to promote alcohol awareness in their facilities. Major League Baseball joined T.E.A.M. in 1986. The goals of the T.E.A.M. Program are to:

By texting "STLCARDS", and issue, and location in Busch Stadium, guests can instantly and discreetly alert stadium personnel to issues via text message. Within seconds, the message is received and stadium personnel can quickly respond or monitor the issue.
Ticket Resolution Windows
Guest Relations should not be confused with the Ticket Resolution Windows. The Ticket Resolution Windows are located behind Section 161 and handle all ticket problems and issues for that particular game.
Guests may purchase tickets to upcoming Cardinals home games by clicking the "Buy Tickets" link below or calling the Ticket Sales Hotline at (314) 345-9000. The Ticket Sales Hotline is open from 9am-9pm, Monday-Friday. During Weekend Home Games 10am-2 hours after scheduled first pitch.
Guests may also purchase tickets at either the 8th Street or Clark Street ticket windows. During the season, the 8th Street ticket windows are open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday on non-game days. These windows are also open for all home games from 9:00 am until two hours after scheduled game time. The ticket windows (including the windows on the Main Concourse behind Section 161) remain open until two hours after scheduled game time. Off-season Box Office hours are 10 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. Ticket Office hours for events other than Cardinals regular season home games are subject to change.
Tickets for games, which are postponed and rescheduled as either a split doubleheader or on an open date, are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Retain ticket stubs for use with the announced policy.
Ticket Reprint Policy
Reprints for lost, forgotten, or stolen tickets purchased through the St. Louis Cardinals can be requested by calling 314-345-9000 or by visiting the St. Louis Cardinals Box Office. Only the valid account holder may request tickets to be reprinted. Customers whose tickets are stolen and present an official police report will not be charged a reprint fee. All reprints will be subject to a $5 per ticket fee*, and all ticket reprints are done at the sole discretion of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Umbrellas are allowed inside Busch Stadium should rain be forecast and on hot days, provided they do not interfere with the view of other guests.

Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection.
8th Street Ticket Windows
All paid and complimentary tickets can be picked up at the 8th Street ticket windows as well as at all Cardinals Ticket Kiosks located around the perimeter of Busch Stadium. A valid ID that matches the Will Call name is required to receive tickets. Tickets picked up at Ticket Kiosks require the Credit Card used to originally purchase the tickets.
During the season the 8th Street ticket windows are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and are also open for all home games from 9:00am until two hours after game time. Off-season hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Ticket Kiosks are available to distribute Will Call tickets 24 hours a day.
Clark Street Ticket Windows
Paid ticket orders (that have not been previously printed) can be picked up at the Clark Street ticket windows. A valid ID that matches the Will Call name is required to receive tickets. The Clark Street windows are open on game days from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the scheduled game time.
